Updated the Kitchenarium with a provençal vegetables dish I made up the other night. This is a great departure for me, since you may have noticed that I really never cook with onions. As a treat for NDM I got a bag of red pearl onions and this is what I came up with to use them.It turned out quite well, with the onion sweet and not overpowering. I even ate one or two of them.
