I made some soba salad for dinner tonight; instead of using it as a side dish, we each at a pile of it together with some
sweet and sour cucumbers and a big steamed bun.

And while I'm here, this is the second pizza we made this week. Leftover dough, you know :-) With less toppings, this one developed a really nice puffy crust.

Mmmmm. Ate your tomato today. Thank you so very very much. Even Peej, who decidedly does not like tomatoes, declared it to be "very delicious."
Glad you liked it! As I mentioned in an earlier post, ultimately EJB is to thank for all our tomatoes.
