Normally the wife makes the mushroom stroganoff in our household, but with her being sidelined studying for boards that duty fell upon me tonight. I took the opportunity to document what I did, so it is now up on the Kitchenarium. Note, however, that this is not the recipe for NDM's superlative stroganoff, just my own knockoff.
